Silicon microsphere photodiodes constitute optoelectronic devices able to provide resonance-enhanced photocurrent not only in the visible but also near infrared range by virtue of their associated Mie resonances. They are synthesized means a bottom-up process that allows obtaining thousand single batch. The microspheres have revealed an internal structural configuration strongly influences response, thus providing additional degree freedom for tuning properties photodiodes. Here, with particular consisting high porous core, much less surrounding layer and thin non-porous shell, been studied. yield comb like peaked spectra fitted type model.
